Black Sesame Soup

Black Sesame Soup

This is one of my favorite variants of tong sui aka sugar water. It's super easy to make and super delicious. I mean, how could it not be?

Wow, easypeasy.

If you like this soup, a recommendation is to toast a big batch of the powder and store it in a container, so when the craving hits, you can just spoon some into a bowl and add boiling water and sugar.

It also scales well for any events. :P
